We make every effort to ensure the highest level of service to our customers. ISOQAR conducted an audit in Ediko Sp. z o.o.. Its positive outcome for the compliance of the Quality Management System to ISO 9001:2008, is a cause for pride and a guarantee of quality service to all our customers.

ISO 9001

Standard ISO 9001:2008, which establishes requirements for quality management system that aims to provide capacity to meet the requirements of quality and customer satisfaction in the customer-supplier relationships. By December 2009, were issued at least 1 064 785 certificates of compliance with ISO 9001 (editions 2000 and 2008) in 178 countries and economies. In 2009, there was an 8% increase (about 81 953 units) compared to 2008, when 982 were issued 832 certificates.
